Call settings through layers. Oskari map testing.

Attempts to fix #3 (closed) .

  • Settings should now be called when user marks any layers, and the data received is stored in an array to display on the settings tab.
  • Deleting settings by unmarking layers is pending testing, but should be attempted with this code.
  • Fixed 'EVALUATE' button colors.
  • 'EVALUATE' button should attempt to run Oskari code to dislay a feature onto the map.
