St backend impl

  • ST plugin now loads layers, filters and settings when user selects a study area from the dropdown menu.
  • Study area dropdown on the ST plugin now has a placeholder text and its items are now displayed correctly with their 'name' attribute.
  • Corrected fields form on the match layers section of the ST plugin.
